Data Protection Declaration

I hereby consent that the retailer or company providing the service of footwear recommendations (hereinafter referred to as the "footwear advisor") processes and stores my personal data (name, address, email, mobile, gender, height, body weight) and other health related data collected by scanning my foot (measurements, shape, information on any injuries or misalignments, movement profile, etc.) as well as data on shoes and/or insoles that fit and/or did not fit me (e.g. shoe size, model, manufacturer) as well as all data relating to my shoe selection and purchases (e.g. type, number, date, scope) and the time and place of my foot scan as a Joint Controller with corpus.e AG, Staffelstr. 1, 70190 Stuttgart, Germany.

I am aware that some of the data may be data concerning health and therefore may be special categories of data.

This data processing serves the purpose of customer-oriented advice tailored to my specific needs and the selection of suitable footwear - also for future purchases. After anonymization, the data is also statistically evaluated for the shoe store in order to obtain information about the sale of its products and the frequency of its business activities, to optimize its sales system and to improve its range of products and services.

The footwear advisor will send me this declaration of consent and the data protection information by e-mail at my request.

I further consent that, if I'm part of of a professional league, corpus.e makes available my personal data to another league's member club after my transfer to this club (Transfer Club) provided that the Transfer Club previously has signed an agreement on the processing of personal data as joint controllers with corpus.e. My personal data will only be made available to the Transfer Club once the transfer has been published. The purpose of making available my personal data to the Transfer Club is to enable the Transfer Club to identify, select and make available suitable shoe models to me immediately after my transfer.

I can withdraw my consent orally, by e-mail or by mail to the footwear advisor using the contact details provided at any time without giving reasons. This has no influence on the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
